If you’re looking for Syscon Consulting, we are at 15/A on the 18th Main Road in Padmanabhanagar. This part of Bangalore is actually quite nice, though the Chikkalasandra area gets a bit packed with traffic in the evenings. Our building is easy enough to spot once you get onto the main road. We do consulting work, which basically means we spend our days talking to clients and trying to solve problems they bring to us. We have a small team here, and most of us have been working together for a long time now. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, bookshelves full of old manuals, and a small pantry where we make tea. We don’t go in for all those modern office trends like bean bags or pool tables. We just sit down and get to work. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes the commute a nightmare, so we might start a bit later those days. It’s a steady pace we keep. We like being in this part of town because it feels more like a community than the big IT hubs on the other side of the city. Usually, we wrap things up by six and head home. It’s a simple life and the work is interesting enough to keep us coming back every Monday morning without too much complaining. We just do our best with what we have.
