Syniza Technologies Private Limited

We are over at Platinum City in A Block, specifically unit 11/21 on HMT Road. Being in Peenya means we are surrounded by a lot of industrial energy, which actually suits us quite well. Syniza Technologies Private Limited is a place where we put in long hours dealing with various tech challenges. The complex is quite large, so it took us a while to get settled in when we first moved here. It’s not the quietest area in Bangalore, given all the manufacturing and transport happening nearby, but it feels productive. Our office is a simple setup. We don't have a big budget for interior design, so it’s mostly just functional furniture and our equipment. We think that the work speaks for itself, so we don't spend much time on self-promotion. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting and building out systems for our clients. We have a small break area where we keep a microwave and some snacks for those long afternoons. It is a no-nonsense kind of environment. We don't have dress codes or strict office hours as long as the work gets finished on time and correctly. It’s a group of people who genuinely understand technology and like working in a space that doesn't feel like a corporate cage. We just show up, do our thing, and try to make sure everything we build is solid and reliable for the people who use it. No big fuss about it.
