Synetairos Technologies Limited is based over in Kasturinagar, Bangalore. Our office is at 4Ac 213, on 4th A Cross. It’s a bit of a maze to find us if you’re not from around here, but once you’re on the right street, it’s fine. We are a technology company, which mostly means we spend a lot of time troubleshooting and building things on our laptops. The office isn't very large, so we’re all pretty close to each other. It’s the kind of place where you can hear everyone’s conversations, which can be a bit distracting but also helps when we need to brainstorm. We don’t go in for corporate jargon or long meetings that lead nowhere. We prefer just sitting down and getting the code or the hardware sorted out. Kasturinagar is a nice area, not as loud as the city center, which we appreciate. Sometimes we take a walk down the cross roads just to get some air. Our team is pretty small, and we’ve been working together for a while now. We’ve had our share of late nights when something goes wrong right before a deadline. It’s part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to polish up how we look. What you see is pretty much what you get—a group of people in a Bangalore office trying to make technology work better for our clients. It’s not always perfect, but we put in the hours every single day.
