You will find us on the 3rd floor of the Sri Krishna Complex, which is at No.9 in Annaiah Reddy Layout. This part of Dodda Banaswadi is usually quite busy with people going about their business. Synergyy Intex India Private Limited is a small operation, and we like it that way. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when you need to look away from the computer for a minute. The building is a bit older, so the stairs can be a workout, but it keeps us moving during the day. We don't have any of those fancy modern office perks like bean bags or game rooms. We just have sturdy desks and good computers. Our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We come in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. Most of our work involves managing things for our clients and making sure everything is in order. It is a lot of spreadsheets and emails, to be honest. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to provide a solid service from our office here in Bangalore. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but that’s just part of the local experience. We are a close-knit group and we mostly just enjoy the process of working together without a lot of corporate pressure hanging over our heads every single day. We just finish up and go home.
