Synergy Physiotherapy Centre

Synergy Physiotherapy Centre is located in a building called Pramodam in BTM Layout 4th Stage. We are in the 2nd block on 17th B Main. It’s a pretty easy spot to find because we are right next to the Vijaya Bank colony. The area is mostly residential, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. Inside the centre, we have a few treatment tables and some equipment like exercise balls and small weights scattered around. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people are always coming and going. We have some posters on the wall showing different muscles and bones, but some of the corners are peeling a bit. There’s a small desk where we handle the scheduling. It’s usually me or one of the other staff members sitting there. We get a lot of people from the nearby houses who walk over for their sessions. The afternoon sun hits the front window quite hard, so we keep the blinds down most of the time. It can get a bit warm in the summer, but the ceiling fans do a decent job. We don’t have a big fancy sign, just a simple one so people know they’re in the right place. Most of our day is spent helping people move around and do their exercises. We keep a stash of clean towels in a cupboard in the back. It’s a busy place but we try to keep it calm for everyone who visits us.
