Aspire Physiotherapy And Wellness Center is based in RMV Extension 2nd Stage. We are situated on the 80 Feet Road, specifically at No.322 on the 2nd Cross in the 2nd Block. Finding us is usually easy because we are quite close to the Coffee Day, which everyone knows. The center itself is a practical space. We have the usual mats, some weights, and machines for the different exercises. It’s not a luxury spa, it’s a place where people come to get their movement back. Sometimes it’s a bit noisy when the fans are going and a couple of people are working through their exercises at the same time. We see a lot of people who spend too much time at their desks or have old injuries that act up. The staff here are just regular people who know a lot about how bodies move. We don’t wear fancy uniforms, just comfortable clothes to work in. RMV is a nice area, quite green compared to other parts of Bangalore. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change. Our front door gets a bit stuck in the rainy season, but we just give it a shove. We don’t have a big reception desk with a computer system that never breaks; we still use a lot of paper notebooks. It works for us. We just focus on the people who walk through the door and try to help them feel a bit better than when they arrived.
