Anugraha Physiotherapy Centre

Anugraha Physiotherapy Centre is located at No. 60 on the 8th Main Road. We are in the 3rd Phase of J P Nagar. It’s a pretty established part of Bangalore 560078. We’ve been in this building for some time now. Most of our day is spent helping people move around better. We have some basic equipment and some benches. It’s not a gym, just a place for therapy. The street outside is usually busy during the mornings and evenings. We get a lot of older folks from the neighborhood who walk over. We don't really have a big marketing plan or anything. We just put our sign up and started working. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We try to be consistent. It’s just a few of us working here. We know the regulars by name and we usually know what they need before they even sit down. The 3rd Phase is a good area to be in. We’ve seen a lot of changes in J P Nagar over the years, but we’ve stayed in this same spot. It’s a humble setup, nothing flashy. We just focus on the sessions and making sure the door is unlocked on time. It’s our small business and we just take it one day at a time. We don't think about it too much, we just do the work.
