We operate out of HAL 3rd Stage, which is a pretty well-known part of Bangalore. Specifically, we’re located at 155/D on the 5th Cross, 4th Main. It’s a bit of a residential-turned-business area where you’ll find a lot of small offices like ours. The office is listed under the care of Subrat Mohanty, who has been working in this field for a long time. We mostly deal with management tasks and various coordination work, though it’s more about the day-to-day lists than anything else. There are a few of us here every day, sitting at our desks and making sure the paperwork and digital files are all where they should be. It’s not a big corporate headquarters with hundreds of people, just a couple of rooms where we get things done. Being in HAL 3rd Stage means we’re close to a lot of other small businesses and shops, so there’s always something happening outside on the street. We usually walk out to the main road for tea or a quick snack during our afternoon break. The building itself is older, typical for this part of the city, and it has its own character. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address and our names on the door. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on the work that needs finishing by the end of the week. It’s a steady pace, and we like the routine we’ve built up here over the years. It works for us.
