You can find us at the We Work space inside Prestige Atlanta. It’s right on the 80 Feet Main Road in Bangalore South. Being in a shared space means there is always a lot of movement around us, which is quite different from a private office. Syncsol India Private Limited is essentially a small team working alongside many other companies in this big building. We have our own desks and we pretty much stick to ourselves, working through the daily tasks. The area is always buzzing, especially during lunch hours when everyone spills out onto the main road. We chose this spot because it's central and easy for everyone to get to, even with the Bangalore traffic being what it is. Inside our little section, it’s mostly quiet work. We don't have a fancy reception or a big sign on the door. It’s more about the laptops and the people sitting behind them. We started this because we knew our way around the industry and wanted to do things our own way. There are no long meetings about vision here. We just look at what needs to get done for the day and we do it. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, and other times we leave early if the work is caught up. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We just like solving problems and keeping things moving forward without any unnecessary drama or corporate layers to deal with.
