Synchor Systech Pvt Ltd. We work out of HSR Layout, specifically in Sector-34A at number 1568. It’s a decent area with a lot of other offices nearby, so it feels quite professional. Most of our day is taken up by technical stuff and working on systems that need fixing or updating. We have a few rows of desks and some servers that hum in the background all day long. It's not the quietest office in the world, but we get used to the constant noise. The building is easy enough to find once you get into the right sector. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy on the outside. Usually, we are just heads down, typing away at our keyboards or fixing some bug that a client found earlier. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea or coffee, and that’s where most of the talking happens between the staff. It’s not a corporate environment where everyone wears suits and ties. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the technical work that needs doing. Sometimes the internet goes a bit slow and we all have to wait around for a minute, which is frustrating but it happens to everyone. We deal with the usual office stuff like leaky taps or flickering lights now and then. HSR Layout is always growing, so there’s usually some construction noise coming from somewhere nearby. We just keep the windows shut and keep working through our lists.
