We have been working out of Agarwals House at Plot Number 194 in Koramangala for quite a few years now. It is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always some kind of noise or activity going on right outside our doors. The building is just a plain old block that has been here for years. It doesn't look like much from the outside. Inside, things are pretty simple. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy for us to talk to each other without having to get up. There is no fancy reception area or a big lobby with leather chairs. If you come by, you just walk in and someone will look up from their computer to say hello. We spend most of our time just focusing on the tasks at hand. Some nights we are stuck here late because the work just piles up, and other times we leave right on time to beat the worst of the traffic. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in. There are so many more cafes and shops around now, but we mostly just stick to the small tea stalls we know. We are a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. We don't have big meetings or long presentations. We just get the work done and try to keep things organized. It is a practical way to run things without any extra drama.
