Symphony Services doesn't really have a big storefront you can walk into. We mostly operate through our phones, which are 9972234135 and 65635094. Since we don't have a fixed public address listed, a lot of our work happens on the move or at the customer's location. It’s a different way of running a business compared to having a big shop in a mall. We spend most of our day answering calls and coordinating where we need to be next. Our setup is basically a mobile one. We have our tools and our phones, and that’s about it. It might seem a bit disorganized to some, but we know exactly where everything is. We have been doing this for a long time, and the numbers have stayed the same. People just save us in their contacts and give us a ring when something comes up. It’s a very direct way of doing things. No middleman and no fancy front desk. Just a conversation on the phone and then we show up to do the job. Sometimes the lines are busy and you have to try a couple of times. We are just a small team trying to keep up with the calls. It is a bit of a hectic way to live, always waiting for the next ring, but it works for us. We don't need a big sign on a building to do what we do. It is all about the calls and the work that follows.
