Symmetrix Computer Systems

Symmetrix Computer Systems is spread across the first and second floors of our building in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. We are right behind the SBI, which is usually how people find us since the bank is a big landmark. Address 263 is our home base. It’s not a polished corporate office; it feels more like a workshop. There are computer towers, opened-up laptops, and tangled cables all over the place. We have a lot of parts lying around because you never know when you’ll need a specific screw or an old power supply. The hum of the fans is the main sound you hear when you walk in. Most of our time is spent looking at screens or trying to figure out why a machine won't boot up. It can get a bit frustrating when things don't go right, but that's just the nature of working with electronics. We use the two floors to separate the repair work from the more boring stuff like billing and inventory. The stairs between the floors are a bit steep, so we get our exercise going back and forth all day. BTM is a busy area with lots of students and office workers, so there’s always someone dropping by with a broken screen or a slow computer. We just do what we can to fix things and get them back to the owners.
