We are based in Mantri Residency, specifically Building 13, Flat 202. Our place is right on Bannerghatta Road, right across from the Meenakshi Temple. It is a very recognizable landmark for anyone coming to visit. The traffic on this road is legendary, so we usually hear the honking all day long. Inside the office, it is a bit quieter. We do a lot of tech work here, mostly sitting in front of monitors and typing away. The flat has been converted into a workspace, so it has a homey feel to it. We have a small balcony where we go to get a bit of sun or watch the cars stuck in traffic below. There are plenty of shops around if we need to grab a snack or get some prints done. We don't really do the whole corporate dress code thing; people just wear what is comfortable. The rooms are filled with wires and different gadgets. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small dining area. It is a practical way to run a tech company without the high costs of a glass building. We know the security guards at the gate and they know us. It is a steady routine of coding and calls. The temple bells are a nice sound to hear in the evenings when we are finishing up.
