You can find us at Symcon Global Technologies Ltd. on Arya Gowda Road in West Mambalam. We are on the first floor of the building that has two numbers, New 90 and Old 55. It can be a bit confusing for delivery drivers or people visiting for the first time, but we are used to explaining it. The office is a bit cramped with all the computers and cables running everywhere. We work on tech stuff, mostly just solving problems for people who call us. It isn't a fancy glass building like the ones in the big IT parks. We are right here in the middle of a busy residential area. You can hear the vegetable sellers outside and the temple bells sometimes. We like being in West Mambalam because it feels like home. The staff is small and we've all been together for a few years. We eat lunch together at our desks and complain about the traffic on Arya Gowda Road. We don't have a reception desk or a fancy lobby. If you come up the stairs, you just walk right into the middle of the work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just sit at our screens and try to make things work. It’s a lot of typing and a lot of coffee. We don't have a corporate handbook. We just show up and do the work. It’s a bit noisy when the AC is running, but we don't mind.
