Our place is called Kanasu, sitting at No. 11 on DS Lane in Sourashtrapet. It is a tight little street, typical for this part of town near Balepet Circle. If you aren't looking closely, you might walk right past the entrance. Inside Sylar Concepts & Apparels Llp, things are usually a bit chaotic. We have fabrics tucked into every corner and the cutting tables take up most of the floor space. It’s a busy area, so there is always a lot of shouting and horns honking from the main road. We don't mind it much. It feels alive. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep, which makes moving heavy rolls a bit of a workout for the guys. We’ve been here for some time now and the neighborhood knows us. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most of our day is spent looking at sketches or talking to the suppliers who drop by. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we manage. Sometimes the internet acts up because of the old buildings around here, so we just do things the old-fashioned way with pen and paper. It isn't a showroom or a place where you'll find a lot of comfort. It is just where the clothes get made. We keep things simple and just try to finish the work before the sun goes down. It is a bit of a squeeze, but it works for us.
