Our place is at 154 Residency Road, specifically over on L N Road near the 5th Main. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it’s not too bad once you get used to the shortcuts through the side streets. The building isn't the newest on the block, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We spend most of our time here just handling whatever comes through the door or over the phone. It’s a small operation, really. There are just a few of us, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We don’t have fancy meetings or anything like that; we just chat across the room when something needs fixing or someone has a question. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting things done without too much distraction. Sometimes we go down to the corner for tea in the afternoon. You see the same people walking their dogs or heading to work every day. It feels like a regular neighborhood business. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby. When you come in, you’re basically standing right where we work. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know where everything is kept. It’s just a practical setup for the kind of work we handle here on a daily basis. Most of our furniture is stuff we've gathered over the years.
