Syaa Soft Tech is based in Novel MSR Park on Varthur Road. It’s number 18 if you’re looking for it. Varthur Road is famous for its traffic jams, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a challenge for everyone. Once we’re inside the park, it’s a bit quieter than the main street. We have a modest office space where we handle soft tech work. We aren't a massive company with thousands of employees. We’re just a regular group of people who know how to work with software. Our daily routine is pretty simple. We come in, check our emails, and get to work on whatever the current project is. We don't have a lot of meetings for no reason. We prefer to just sit down and get the tasks finished. The office has what we need, like desks and a decent internet connection. We don't have a cafeteria or anything, so we usually go out to one of the local places on Varthur Road for lunch. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just focus on the tech side of things. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves here without all the corporate pressure. It’s just a normal job in a normal office, and we’re perfectly fine with that.
