Switchbee Solution Llp is located right on Hosur Main Road, near the Madiwala Police Station. If you know that area, you know how incredibly busy it gets. There is always noise from the traffic and people moving about. Our building is NO 322-121 and it’s right in the thick of it. Being in Bangalore South means we are near everything, but it also means dealing with the constant buzz of the city. We do various kinds of solution work, mostly tech-related. It’s a fast-paced environment because of where we are. We don’t have a big fancy office with a lounge. It’s more of a functional space where we get together and work on whatever projects are on the desk that day. Some days are really loud with the horns honking outside, but we just put our headphones on and keep going. We are a small team, and we all do a bit of everything. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here. If something needs to be fixed, whoever is free just does it. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to beat the traffic on the way home. It’s a very real, everyday kind of business. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we’ve gotten used to the energy of Hosur Road. It's never a dull moment around here.
