Swiss International Airlines

The office we have here is at 3322, 7th Cross in HAL 2nd Stage, Indiranagar. It’s a bit of a residential-looking building, which is common for this part of Bangalore-8. While the name Swiss International Airlines sounds very big and global, our daily life in this Indiranagar office is much more down-to-earth. We deal with the local side of things, like bookings and customer questions, from this two-story setup. The 7th Cross is a nice street, usually lined with trees and the occasional parked car blocking the way. We’ve been at this address for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot around us with new cafes and shops opening up every month. Inside, it’s just a bunch of us at our computers, wearing headsets and trying to sort out travel plans. It can get a bit frantic when there are delays or weather issues, but for the most part, we just work through the tasks one by one. We don't have the fancy lounge or the airplane seats here; it’s just a regular office where we drink too much coffee and talk to people all over the world. People sometimes walk in looking for tickets, and we do what we can to help them out right there at the desk. It’s a small slice of the airline world right in the middle of a busy Bangalore suburb, and we’ve gotten quite used to the pace here.
