Swiss International Air Lines

Our office is at H-330 in Sena Vihar, Kamanhalli, which is over in Bangalore. This is where we handle things for Swiss International Air Lines. It’s not the airport, but an office where the paperwork and customer service happen. We deal with a lot of ticket changes, luggage queries, and general questions about flights to Europe and beyond. The neighborhood in Kamanhalli is pretty active, and our office is tucked away in Sena Vihar. We have a few desks set up and we spend most of the day on the phone with the main office or with passengers. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, especially if there’s a delay or a weather issue somewhere else in the world. We aren't a massive call center, just a local team doing the ground work. Being practical and helping people get their flights sorted without too much fuss is what we aim for. It takes a lot of patience to work through the different time zones and flight schedules. We’ve been at this location for a while and most people in the area know where to find us. A lot of data entry and checking passport details fills our time. We just keep things running as smoothly as we can from this side of the world. It’s a quiet office most days, but we always have something to do to keep things moving.
