Swayam Architects

You can find Swayam Architects at 201B Koramangala, specifically in the Chandra Reddy Layout on 5Th A Main. We are based in Taxila Mansion, right off the 4Th Block 80 Feet Road. It is a well-known part of the neighborhood, so it is easy for people to stop by. Our studio is not some high-end design gallery with minimalist furniture. It is a working space filled with rolls of drawings, half-finished models, and plenty of coffee mugs. We spend most of our hours hunched over desks or talking through ideas for different buildings. Architecture involves a lot of trial and error, so the office can look a bit cluttered at times. We do not have a fancy marketing person writing our stories. We are just a group of people who like building things and figuring out how spaces should work. The 80 Feet Road is always bustling, which gives the area a lot of energy that we enjoy. We do not pretend to have all the answers or use big corporate words to sound important. We just listen to what people want and try to draw something that makes sense for them. It is a practical, hands-on way of working. We take our time with the details and try to make sure we do not miss anything important while we are at it.
