Swathi Physiotherapy Clinic

We are located in Bellandur, specifically on the ground floor of Christal Tera along the Outer Ring Road. Most people know the area because it's always busy with traffic, but we are tucked in near the Narayana Hrudayala Dental Clinic. I started this clinic because I noticed so many people working in the nearby tech parks were struggling with neck and back issues from sitting all day. It’s not a massive medical facility with hundreds of rooms. We have a few treatment tables and the equipment needed for basic physiotherapy and exercises. The ground floor location helps because people with knee or leg pain don’t have to worry about stairs or elevators that might not be working. Sometimes the noise from the Outer Ring Road filters in, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't some big corporate chain; it's just a small team of us here. We try to stay organized with appointments, but things sometimes run over if a session needs more time. People usually find us by word of mouth or just because they live in the apartments nearby. It’s a straightforward place where the focus is just on getting people moving again. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge with free drinks or anything like that. There are some chairs and old magazines. We just do the work. If you're coming by car, the parking can be a bit of a puzzle during peak hours, but that's just how it is in this part of Bangalore.
