Swagath Homes

We are over here at 595 New Housing Board in Jind. It's a pretty quiet spot in Haryana. Swagath Homes isn't a big corporation or anything like that. It is just a small office where we deal with housing stuff. Most of the time, you will find one or two of us sitting here with some files and a cup of tea. We have been in this area for a while now. People know us around the housing board. Dealing with homes is what we do every day. It's not always easy, especially when the weather in Jind gets really hot in the summer. We just try to keep things moving. There is no fancy lobby or receptionist greeting you at the door. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We handle paperwork and look at sites. It’s a lot of walking around and checking on things. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people just find us because they live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with blueprints and maps everywhere, but that’s just how we work. We like being part of this community. It feels right to be working where we live. If you are passing by the New Housing Board, you might see our small sign out front. We’ve been here long enough that the paint is starting to peel a bit, but we are still here doing our thing.
