Swadhyaya Systems Private Limited

We are located at Flat No.303 in the Asset Alcazar Apartment. Swadhyaya Systems is what we call our little operation. It’s not your typical corporate setup. It’s a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have desks pushed up against the walls and wires running across the floor in a few places, though we try to keep it tidy. Living and working in the same general area of Bangalore has its perks, though the traffic is always a headache if we have to go out for anything. Most of the time, we stay inside and work on various systems. It’s quiet work for the most part. We don’t have big meetings with slides and presentations. We just talk across the room to each other when something needs fixing or someone has an idea. It’s a small group of us. We’ve been at this for a while now. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, and other days we finish up early. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. We just focus on the technical side of things and let the work speak for itself. It’s a simple way of doing things without all the extra fluff you see in big companies. We like being in a residential building because it feels more relaxed than a business park. It’s just a normal day-to-day life for us here, trying to get things right.
