Swa Sysytems India Pvt Ltd is located at 1483 in JP Nagar. It’s a big building, but we only occupy a small part of it. When you walk in, you’ll see some plants that we try to keep alive and a lot of filing cabinets. We do a lot of system work here. It’s mostly staring at monitors and checking data. The team is small, just a handful of us who have known each other for a long time. JP Nagar is a nice area, plenty of places to grab a quick bite when we get a break. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who just know we are here at 1483. We keep things pretty simple. The desks are a bit messy, and there’s always a pile of mail by the door that needs sorting. We don't really go in for the big corporate culture stuff. We just show up in the morning, do the technical tasks on the list, and try to get out before the traffic gets too bad. Some days are long, especially when a system acts up, but that’s just part of the job. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s just us doing what we do.
