Swa Systems (India) Pvt Ltd is over in Kumarswamy Layout at Trikampura Patiya 1483. It’s a bit out of the way for some, but it suits us just fine. The workspace is simple and functional, which is exactly what we need. We spend our hours dealing with systems and data. It’s a lot of routine work, but someone has to do it. We’ve been at this address for several years, so we’ve settled into a comfortable groove. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, apart from the occasional delivery truck. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. Our kitchen is just a kettle and some biscuits. We find that we work better without all the distractions. Each morning starts with a quick chat about what needs to be prioritized. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to each other; we just keep it simple. If something breaks, we fix it. If a project is due, we work until it’s done. It’s a very straightforward approach to business. Kumarswamy Layout has changed quite a bit since we first moved into 1483, but our daily grind remains pretty much the same. We like the stability of it. We’re just a bunch of regular people working on systems and trying to do a decent job every day. It is not glamorous, but it is our work and we take it seriously.
