SVT Realty & Developers is our local real estate office in Bangalore. You can find us at No 01 on the first floor of a building along 14th Main in the E Bloc of Sahakara Nagar. Our address also mentions a zero in the middle, but really we are just the first unit you see when you get to the first floor. We are located right near the Swathi Gardenia Hotel, which is the main landmark everyone uses to get here. Our office is a simple place where we manage various property-related tasks. It isn't a high-end corporate office with glass partitions; it’s just a functional space with some desks and maps of the local area. We spend a lot of time talking to people about land and houses, and this office is our home base for all that work. Sahakara Nagar is a good place to be, and being on the first floor gives us a decent view of what’s happening on the street. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we know the neighborhood inside and out. We don't believe in using flashy advertisements or big promises. We just tell people the facts about the properties we are dealing with. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded with maps and documents, but that’s how we like it. It shows we are actually working. It’s a basic, honest setup where we just get on with our daily business.
