Svachallan Solutions Private Limited is based at No.34/4 A-1 on Dr. Vishnuvardhana Road. This is in Channasandra Village, part of Uttarahalli Hobli in Bangalore. It is a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it is where we spend our time. The office sits in a part of town that still feels a bit like a village in some spots. We like that. Our work involves finding solutions for various technical needs. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a local team doing our bit. Most days involve a lot of planning and looking at technical drawings or software layouts. It can get a bit tedious, but we enjoy the challenge of making things work. We don't have a glossy brochure or a polished sales pitch. We just talk to people like normal human beings. If a project is hard, we say it's hard. We don't try to sugarcoat things. The office has plenty of light which is nice during the day. We have a few plants that we try to keep alive, with varying success. It is a very human place to work. We don't follow a strict corporate manual. We just use our common sense and do what needs to be done. It is a practical way to live and work. We are happy with how things are going here in Channasandra.
