Suvarna Computer & Telelinks

Suvarna Computer & Telelinks has been sitting here at 31/5 in the Basavanagudi Sakinaka area for a good while. We mostly deal with computer parts and phone related things that people in the neighborhood need help with. The shop isn't very large, so it can get a bit tight when more than three people are standing inside waiting for their printouts or to get a cable fixed. There is always a bit of noise from the street outside, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time looking at screens or trying to figure out why a particular machine isn't starting up. Sometimes it is just a loose wire, other times it takes a whole afternoon. We have a lot of regular people who come in just to ask a quick question about their phones. We keep a stock of various telelink items and computer accessories on the shelves, though they tend to get a bit dusty if they sit there too long. It is just the way things go in this part of the city. We don't really do much advertising because everyone around Basavanagudi knows where we are. Usually, the fan is humming and we are just sitting behind the counter waiting for the next person to walk in with a broken mouse or a recharge request. It's a steady life and we like being part of the local mix here. It's nothing more than that.
