Senior Customer Executive Cum Computer Operator

This small setup is located at Number 9/1 on 4th Cross in Jabbar Block, which is right in the Palace Guttahalli area of Bangalore. If you know the neighborhood, it is quite a residential pocket but there are shops and small offices tucked away everywhere. I spend most of my day here as a computer operator and customer executive. It is basically a one-man show or a very small team most of the time. The office isn't very big, but it has what I need to get the work done. People from around the block stop by for various things related to documentation or just to ask questions. I sit at my desk, keep the computer running, and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes in. 560003 is a busy pincode, and there is always something happening outside on the street. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main roads nearby, but inside it is mostly just the sound of the keyboard clicking. I have been doing this for a while now, so I know the regulars who pass by every morning. It is simple work, really. I just make sure the data is entered correctly and the people who come in get what they need without too much fuss. Being a senior executive here just means I've been around long enough to know how to fix things when the printer acts up or the internet goes down.
