Computer Mall

If you head down to Sadar Patrappa Road and find P R Lane, that’s where we are. We're on the first floor at number 7, right on the 3rd Cross. It is a very tight area, like most of the lanes around SP Road. You have to watch your step with all the people and deliveries moving around. Our shop, which we call Computer Mall, is packed with all sorts of things. We have monitors, motherboards, and boxes of cables piled up quite high. It’s not the neatest place, but we know exactly where everything is located. People come to us when they need a specific part or their computer isn't starting up. We spend most of our time with screwdrivers in hand, taking things apart and putting them back together. The air in the lane can be a bit dusty, so we try to keep the shop as clean as we can. It’s a lot of work keeping up with the demand in this market. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that. It's just us behind the counter or at the repair bench. We’ve been in this lane for years and have seen it get busier and busier. It’s a tough place to work sometimes because of the noise, but it’s where the business is. We just keep doing what we do, one repair at a time.
