Susruta Instruments Pvt. Ltd. is situated on the first floor of Shah Chambers. You can find us right at Ctm Char Rasta, which is one of the busiest intersections you’ll ever see. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Inside the office, things are a bit more organized. We deal with various instruments, so there are always boxes being opened or packed. The shelves are full of glass items and metal tools that need to be handled carefully. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. Our desks are usually covered in technical manuals and shipping labels. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big order, and then the only sound is the ticking of the old wall clock. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just gets up to see who it is. The building itself has seen better days, and the elevator is a bit shaky, so most of us just take the stairs to the first floor. We’ve been at this Ctm location for a while because it makes it easy for the delivery couriers to find us. It’s just a group of people trying to make sure the right instruments get to the right places without any breakage. We don't do anything fancy, just our daily work in a crowded building.
