Sushma Travels

Sushma Travels is located at 226 T Dasarahalli, right in the Navi Vasahat area near Jasodanagar. We’ve been running this travel desk for a while, mostly helping people get where they need to go without too much fuss. Our office is small, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for customers to wait. We deal with a lot of bus bookings and car rentals. The phone rings a lot, usually people asking about ticket prices or if the 10 PM bus to the city is on time. We also handle a bit of local logistics for small businesses. It can get pretty hectic during the festival seasons when everyone wants to go back to their villages at the same time. The street outside is usually crowded with people and small shops. Sometimes we have to step out and help a driver find the exact spot because the numbering in this area can be confusing for newcomers. We aren't a big agency with glossy brochures or fancy uniforms. Most of our customers are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know they can just walk in and we’ll find a way to get them a seat. We’ve had some long nights making sure everyone gets on their transport safely. It’s a lot of coordination and talking to different drivers all day. We just try to keep the records straight and the customers moving.
