Sushil Incorporation is situated at 126 Peenya Industrial Area, right on Bhairavnath Road. Being so close to the Vallabh Vadi bus stand means there is never a quiet moment. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long, and the smell of diesel is just part of the air here. Our spot in Maninagar is mostly about hard work and getting things done. We have a lot of machinery and tools around the shop floor, and it stays pretty dusty no matter how much we sweep. I’ve been coming here every morning for years, usually arriving just as the sun starts to hit the roof. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come to see us, you’ll probably find us in the back handling the inventory or fixing something that stopped working. The tea stall across the road is where we go when we need a break from the noise. It’s a tough environment sometimes, especially when it rains and the road gets muddy, but we just get on with it. We know the other business owners around Peenya, and we all just try to keep our heads down and do our jobs. It’s a practical place for practical work, nothing more and nothing less.
