If you are walking down Brigade Road, you know how crowded it gets with all the shoppers and people just hanging out. Suresh S Lokre is located at number 36, which is right next to Shoe Track Lane. It is a bit of a tight spot because Brigade Road is always so busy, but once you step inside, things feel a little bit more grounded. I spend my days here surrounded by the usual office things, like stacks of mail and a computer that has seen better days. Being right next to Shoe Track Lane means there is a lot of foot traffic passing by our door all the time. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the music from the nearby shops, but you get used to it after a while. The space is not very large, so we have to be quite organized with where we put everything. It’s mostly just a place for getting through the daily workload and meeting people who need to stop by for a chat. We don't have a receptionist or a big fancy waiting area; it is just a simple setup where the work happens. Living and working in such a central part of the city means there is never a dull moment. You see all sorts of people walking by, and the energy of Brigade Road is always there, even if we are just tucked away at number 36. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we’ve been at this spot for quite some time.
