Surendra Kumar And Associates

I’m Surendra Kumar and along with my associates, we work out of 199/2 Seshadripuram Link Road. We’re situated on the 2nd floor. Seshadripuram is a central spot, so there’s always movement outside. The Link Road can get quite congested, especially when there’s a holiday or an event nearby, but being on the second floor gives us a bit of distance from the noise. Our office is fairly basic. We have the usual desks, a few computers that have seen better days, and shelves lined with thick files. We’ve been at this address for a long time, so the walls have that lived-in look and we know exactly which floorboards creak when you walk over them. It’s a steady environment where we just focus on the tasks at hand. We don't use much technology beyond what’s necessary; we still like our paper records and physical folders. My associates and I have a routine down—get in, check the messages, and start working through the list. We aren't much for small talk during the peak hours because there’s always a lot to get through. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and chat until it comes back on. It’s a very grounded way of working. We’re just local people doing our jobs on the Link Road, trying to stay organized and keep the paperwork moving without any unnecessary drama or flair.
