Being in Bangalore keeps us on our toes. We are in the 560 076 area code. It’s a busy part of town. We’ve been operating as Pani & Associates for some time. We don't do much marketing. Most people find us through word of mouth. It's a small team here. We deal with a lot of files. The traffic in Bangalore makes it hard for clients to visit, so we do a lot of things over the phone. We don't have a big corporate lobby. Just some chairs and a lot of books. It feels more like a home office sometimes. We just do the work that comes in. Some days are slow, others we can't even take a lunch break. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around. We just want to finish the tasks on our list. The 560 076 area is where most of us live too. It's convenient. We have a coffee machine that works half the time. That’s about it for the office perks. We handle various cases and paperwork. It’s steady work. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. Just plain English. If we can help, we do. If we can't, we say so. It’s pretty straightforward. We've seen the city change a lot from our window. It’s not fancy but it’s our space and we like it that way.
