We are located over in Belathur, right near Kadugodi Post in Bangalore. The office is at number 99. My father, Gopalappa, started things off, and now Shankar G handles most of the daily operations here. It is a busy area these days with all the new buildings going up around Kadugodi. We spend most of our time at the site or dealing with paperwork in the office. It’s not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the traffic on the way to Belathur is a bit much, but that is just how Bangalore is now. We have been in this part of Karnataka for a long time. People around here know the family. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people just walk in or hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. The office is easy to find if you know the landmark. We keep regular hours, mostly. Sometimes we stay late if there is a lot to finish. It’s just a small team working out of this spot. We deal with homes and land in this specific pocket of the city. There is always some work happening at the 99 address. We like being in this part of the city even if it gets crowded. It feels like home to us because we have been here so long. That is basically who we are and what we do.
