Our shop is at the MNV Complex over in Thanisandra. We are on the main road there, right at Shop Number 2. It's a handy spot because the Ashwath Nagar bus stop is very close, so people see us while they are waiting for their bus. We are also just across from the Sri Manjunatha Palace Choultry, which usually has some wedding or event going on. Surabhi Tours And Travels has been operating from this little corner for a bit. We spend our days arranging trips and talking to drivers. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure the cars show up on time for the people who book them. We get a mix of people coming in—some are going on long trips and some just need a ride across town. The traffic on Thanisandra Main Road can be a bit much, but we manage. We just have a simple desk and some chairs for customers. There’s no big marketing team here, just us answering the phone and writing down bookings in our register. We know the local area well since we spend all day here. If you need to go somewhere, we just check what's in the lot and let you know. It’s pretty straightforward. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same faces every day. It's just a regular local shop.
