Surabhi Restaurants

We are located at 4 Bentinck Street in the city of Kolkata. It is a bit of an interesting spot because we are listed care of Hou Fee Shoes, which belongs to Mrs. Sini Lo. Bentinck Street is always full of life, noise, and people. Our restaurant is part of this old and busy neighborhood near the 700 001 area. We serve food to the local office workers and the people passing through the market every day. It is a busy kitchen and things get very hot, especially during the lunch rush. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls. The tables and chairs are simple because we focus more on getting the food out to the customers. People come in for a quick bite while they are out shopping for shoes or clothes at the shops nearby. We have been here for a while and have seen many shops in the area come and go. Dealing with the Kolkata humidity and the constant crowds is just part of our daily routine. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It is just us cooking and serving. Sometimes the deliveries arrive a bit late because of the heavy traffic on these narrow streets. We just make do with what we have and keep the stove going for the next order. It is a real local place where you can hear the city right outside.
