Suprajit Engineering Ltd

Suprajit Engineering Ltd is over at number 100 in the Bommasandra Industrial Area. It’s a large facility because we do a lot of engineering production here. If you walk inside, the first thing you notice is the sound of the machines. It’s a constant hum that you eventually stop noticing. We make a lot of automotive parts, so there are always bins of finished items waiting to be shipped out. It’s a busy atmosphere with people moving around in different shifts. The office area is just as active as the factory floor. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or leather sofas. Everything is designed to be functional. Bommasandra is a huge industrial hub, so the traffic coming in and out can be pretty bad. We have a simple canteen where the staff eats lunch. We aren't big on corporate talk or mission statements. We just have a lot of work to do and we try to get it done on time. The building has been expanded a few times over the years as we needed more space. It’s a hardworking place where everyone has their own role. We have a lot of different machines and assembly lines going at once. It’s a lot of coordination to keep things running smoothly. We just come in, do our shift, and make sure the quality of the parts is where it should be before leaving.
