Down here in Bommasandra Industrial Area at plot 100, the noise never really stops. We are right in the thick of it with all the other factories around. Our day starts early with the sound of machines warming up and the smell of metal and oil in the air. We’ve got a lot of equipment to look after and the floor stays pretty busy most of the time. It is a bit cramped sometimes when a new shipment of raw materials arrives and we have to find a spot for everything. The guys on the floor know their way around the parts we make, and they mostly just keep their heads down and get through the production list. It isn't the cleanest environment because engineering work is just messy by nature, but we try to keep things organized enough so we don't lose any tools. We spend a lot of time looking at specifications and making sure the cables and components are coming out the way they should. Sometimes the heat in the shed gets a bit much in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and push through. It’s a straightforward operation where we focus on the mechanical side of things. People know us for being here in this specific corner of Bommasandra for years. We aren't trying to be something we aren't, just a solid engineering spot doing our daily shifts and making sure the parts get out the gate.
