Supervisor, And Telecaller

Our setup is at No 47 in R.T Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a straightforward place where the Supervisor, And Telecaller team gets to work every morning. The office is basically just a room with several desks and a lot of phones. It’s always noisy here. You have five or six people talking at once, trying to explain things to people on the other end of the line. It can be a bit much if you aren't used to it. We don't have any fancy cubicles or soundproofing. It’s just us sitting together and making the calls. R.T Nagar is a great area because there are so many shops nearby, so lunch is never a problem. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a regular door with a small nameplate. We deal with a lot of different people every day. Some are happy to talk and some just hang up. That’s just the nature of telecalling. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of numbers and a goal to get through them by five o'clock. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of job. The chairs aren't the most comfortable in the world, but they do the job. We share stories between calls and try to keep the mood light. It’s just a small team in a small office, doing what we do best.
