We’re tucked away on 7th Main Road in Meenakshi Nagar, over in the Kamakshi Palya New Extension part of Bangalore. Our office at number 9 is where all the coordination happens. We basically help people get their errands and chores done when they don’t have the time themselves. It could be anything from paying bills to picking up documents across the city. Bangalore traffic is a nightmare, as everyone knows, so we spend a lot of time figuring out the best routes for our field staff. The office is always buzzing with people coming in and out. We have a lot of clipboards, keys, and schedules lying around. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s organized in its own way. We started this because we saw how stressed everyone was getting just trying to manage their daily lives. We aren't a giant faceless corporation; we’re a team of locals who know the city inside out. Sometimes things go wrong, like a bike breaking down or a government office closing early, and we have to pivot. We just tell it like it is and try to find a solution. It’s hard work being the ones who do the running around, but we’re used to it. We show up every morning, check the task list, and get to work. It’s a simple service that helps keep the city moving just a little bit smoother for our neighbors in the local area.
