Shell Apparels Pvt. Ltd.

Shell Apparels Pvt. Ltd. operates out of No. 10/15 in the G. T. Industrial Complex. It’s a typical industrial setting, so you’ll see lots of warehouses and trucks moving around all day long. We’ve been in this complex for quite a while now, and our unit is where all the actual work happens. It’s a large, open space filled with the sounds of machines and people busy at their stations. We don’t have a fancy front office or a glossy brochure to show off. Most of our day is spent making sure the apparel is being put together correctly and that we’re keeping up with the schedule. The air in the complex can be a bit thick with the smell of manufacturing, but we have big windows that we keep open when the weather allows. It’s a no-nonsense environment where everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing. We’ve got a mix of experienced hands and some younger folks learning the trade. Lunchtime is usually when things quiet down for a bit, and we all head out to the local canteen or eat together at the big table in the back. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a corporate image; we just want to get the orders finished and sent out to the people who are waiting for them. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do well in this industrial park.
