We’re located on Kanakapura Road, right near the Char Rasta. Our office is on the 3rd floor at number 21. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then, but the view of the road from up here is actually pretty good. You can see all the chaos of the intersection below. We’ve been operating from this floor for several years. The office is full of paper—maps, plans, legal documents, you name it. We try to keep it organized, but when we’re busy, things tend to pile up. We aren't much for fancy marketing. We’d rather just talk to people face to face and explain how things are going with our projects. Kanakapura Road has changed so much since we first moved in. There are so many more shops and people now. It keeps things interesting. Most of our days are spent checking on construction progress and dealing with the usual hurdles you find in real estate. It’s not always easy, and there are days when nothing seems to go right, but we just keep at it. We’re a straightforward group. We show up, we do the work, and we try to make sure everything is done the right way. If you’re around the Char Rasta, you’ll probably see our sign. We’re just a local business trying to do things properly without a lot of fuss or drama.
