Sunanco Engineering & Sspl

Our office is tucked away in the Embassy Centre, specifically in room 309. It’s on 11 Crescent Road, right near that big Entertainment Store everyone knows. Sunanco Engineering & Sspl has been operating from this spot for a while now. The building is one of those typical office blocks where you meet all sorts of people in the elevator. It’s usually pretty quiet in our hallway, which helps when we need to focus on technical drawings or looking over project specs. The windows look out toward the street, and you can see people heading to the shops throughout the day. We have a small team here. It’s not the kind of place with a big lounge or anything like that. We mostly just have our desks, some filing cabinets that probably need cleaning out, and a couple of drafting tables. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. Most of us bring lunch from home and eat while we talk about the weekend or whatever project is currently on the desk. Working in engineering means we spend a lot of time checking details. It’s steady work. The Entertainment Store nearby is a good landmark for people trying to find us the first time. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this building. It’s a practical location for what we do, and being central makes it easier to get out to sites when we need to. There’s always a bit of dust on the shelves from the old files.
