Sun Suray Computers

Our shop is tucked away in Arekere, on 9th Cross near the 16th Main. Finding us can be tricky as there are many crosses, like the 10th A Main Road. We’ve been at number 20 for some time. Inside, you'll see many computer parts, cables, and screens lying around. It’s a bit messy, but that’s how we work. We spend our time looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why a machine won't start. Some days it’s just fixing a slow laptop, other days it’s something more complicated. We aren't a big chain store. It’s just us in our everyday clothes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait. We get local students and office workers coming in with their broken gear. We try to explain what’s wrong without using big words. It's a quiet street mostly, except when the school lets out. We don't have a fancy website. People just find us by walking past or because their friend told them we fixed their screen last year. We like computers and we like staying in this part of town. The desk is usually covered in screws. Sometimes a customer comes in in a panic because their project is due. We try to help them out fast. We also sell things like mice and keyboards. We aren't trying to be the biggest tech shop. We just want to be the place where the locals bring their machines. We have old monitors in the corner for testing. The chairs are worn out, but they do the job. We don’t have any slick marketing. We just open the shutters and see who needs help. It is a simple life here in Arekere.
