Sumukha Fashions

Our shop, Sumukha Fashions, is located at No 9 in the HIG Colony. We are on RMV Club Road, right in the Dollars Colony area, specifically RMV 2nd Stage. It’s a nice, quiet residential neighborhood, which makes our workday a bit more peaceful than if we were on a main highway. We are quite close to the RMV Club, which is the main landmark everyone uses to find us. The building is a bit older, and we use most of the space for sewing and storing materials. It’s a small, tight-knit group of us working here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to handle the phones; we just do it all ourselves. Sometimes the sewing machines get a bit loud, but the neighbors are used to it by now. The floor is usually covered in loose threads and bits of paper patterns. We don't bother with fancy displays in the window. Most of our work is about fulfilling specific orders. We have tea breaks together in the small area out back. It’s a very local feel, and we know many of the people who live in the HIG Colony. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job with the clothes we make. It’s a simple life and a simple business. Being in RMV 2nd Stage is convenient, and we like the shade from the trees on the street.
